Great flavor and tenderness.  I was a vegetarian for years but then started eating humanely raised cows a few years ago - and I am very picky about the flavor since I don't mind being a vegetarian.  Yours is the best I have had. "I had the best grilled NY strip for dinner last night.  When I first cut into the beef, I was questioning whether the tender smooth glide was the new Forschner steak knife or the texture of the meat.  When I put that first piece in my mouth, I knew it was the beef - tender, juicy, melt in your mouth feel.  The steak was cooked to an internal temperature of 130 degrees, which was perfect, and accompanied by blue cheese oven potato wedges and creamed spinach.  I don't believe I could have gotten a better entree at any local steak house restaurant.  I cannot wait to try the hamburger and will definitely be back to purchase more of your wonderful product."
